Our story
About us
Copperline is a family-run plumbing shop in Tacoma. We started with one van and a rule we still keep: quote the full price before we start, and leave the work area cleaner than we found it.
Our plumbers are licensed and continuously trained, our trucks are stocked for first-visit fixes, and our pricing is written down before the wrench comes out. Most of our calls come from repeat customers and their neighbors.

Do you charge for estimates?
Standard estimates are free. For diagnostics that require equipment (camera inspections, leak detection), we quote the diagnostic fee up front and credit it toward the repair if you hire us.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed, bonded and insured plumbing contractor in Washington State. License details appear on every quote and invoice.
What areas do you serve?
Tacoma and greater Pierce County: University Place, Lakewood, Puyallup, Fircrest, Gig Harbor and neighboring cities.
Do you handle emergencies?
We keep same-week slots for urgent issues and prioritize active leaks. Call us first thing in the morning for the best same-day chances; shutting off your main valve is the right first move for any burst pipe.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Labor is covered for one year on repairs and two years on installations, on top of the manufacturer warranties for fixtures and equipment we supply.
